Enhance strength, power and performance

The World’s Smallest Professional Home Gym.

INERTIAL TECHNOLOGY

  • Used by NASA astronauts to stay fit in zero gravity.
  • Supports concentric and eccentric workouts.
  • Prevents muscle injury with smooth resistance.

LIGHTWEIGHT

  • Weighs less than 2 lbs. The lightest inertial training machine.
  • 23 lbs lighter than traditional inertial training machines.
  • Take it with you anywhere you go.

POWERFUL

  • Lift up to 220 lbs through inertia of the flywheel.
  • Enhances body posture, movement and coordination.
  • Stimulates muscle growth and increases bone density.

SMALL

  • The Smallest Gym in the World” 7.8” x 5.5” x 4.3.
  • Super easy to set up, use and carry.
  • Generates as much resistance as heavy free weights.

NO ELASTIC BANDS

  • Safer to use than other inertial training devices.
  • Work Without Weights.
  • Maximizes training efficiency with 12 levels of resistance.

Revolutionizing Gym Training

Handy Gym™ is a patented training device based on inertial technology (a.k.a. flywheel technology). Weighing less than 2 lbs and sized at 7.8” x 5.5” x 4.3”, it can generate up to 220 lbs of resistance. Handy Gym™ supports full body training with 21 accessories. You can train indoors or outdoors using the anchoring systems designed for home, office and the gym. Handy Gym™ comes with an app and a user manual that gives you the best training.

“Exposure to eccentric overload of the upper limbs is of particular interest in overhead sports such as Baseball and HandyGym’s unique flywheel design enables coaches to explore a wide variety of exercise options. The small dimensions and portability make it an ideal tool for teams and athletes that spend large periods of time on the road, which is often the case in North American leagues. Overall, a great innovation in the field of inertial technology.”

“An ideal tool for teams and athletes that spend large periods of time on the road, which is often in pro leagues. Overall, a great innovation in the field of inertial technololgy.”

Dan Howells
Strength & Conditioning Coach, GB Rugby National Team
“The involvement of the core is very high, fundamental for our discipline. For us who travel and compete so much, it is difficult to continue training without the necessary tools, and Handy Gym makes it possible. A great solution to perform prevention exercises, achieving that eccentric work so hard to carry out with traditional equipment.”

Sandra Sanchez
Karate No1 World Rank, Olympic and World Champion
“The paddling feeling in the water and the inertial resistance with Handy Gym are very similar. Mimic the same movements in specific training, and the portability when we go to a competition is a must for any athlete. It's a revolutionary device.”

Ivan Alonso
Marathon Canoeing Athlete, World & European Champion
“The device is purely terrific and exceptional! I have no doubt. It's outstanding, the workout based on eccentric contractions has incredible results at a physiological level, and very useful travelling during the competition.”

Superior and Most Affordable

Handy Gym™ uses NASA isoinertial technology to offer functionality and efficiency comparable to expensive inertial pulley. This strength training method is independent of gravity and superior to large gym machines. It was developed by NASA in the 1990s to prevent muscle loss in astronauts during long periods in space.

Isoinertial technology supports resistance workout anywhere without lifting weights. It offers stronger and safer fitness results than conventional weights.

Handy Gym™ is also the most affordable inertial training machine in the world.
