Handy Gym™ Dynamic comes with a pair of yellow, blue and red discs. You can train with a set or combine them to form 6 levels of resistance, up to 110 lbs. (two red discs). Attaching the pulley to the rope and D-ring doubles the resistance of each disc combination. So you have 12 levels of resistance to choose from with Handy Gym™.
